Courtyard Miami Downtown Brickell Area

Nice and clean room, just a little smelly, but nothing serious. Very nice area. Magnificent heated pool on the 7th floor with a great city view.

The location and staff. The hotel has excellent location with high accessibility to various attractions, e.g.: City Centre, Bayfront Park, Bayside, Whole Foods Market, restaurants, etc., Also, the staff was really helpful, especially the lovely receptionist lady who helped me with my check-in during my stay. She provided prompt and great service when we were tired from our cruise trip and gave out lots of information for us to explore Miami downtown. The hotel has high money value when considering staying in Miami Downtown. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back if I travel to Miami again.

The room was very good, in fact it was a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed and a living room with an extendable sofa. I also had a coffee machine, microwave oven, mini fridge, TV in every room. Exemplary cleanliness. The hotel also has a spacious parking lot. The location was amazing. The booking price was really good and the plus was that I didn't pay anything before, only at the hotel when I arrived. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, we felt very well.

Convenient location, nice part of downtown, quiet hotel, and the hotel was able to get us in our room 2 hours before check-in time. Had no issues with my reservation during Ultra weekend.
